We work as a team, and are pleased when clients feel comfortable to work with all members. If your regular technician is not available at the time you desire an appointment, or if you would simply enjoy a fresh point of view, please feel free to schedule an appointment with whomever you wish.

Prices
All prices of Face Masters Day Spa are subject to change without notice. Spa prices do not include gratuity - Gratuities are appreciated. We accept all major credit cards.

Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.

Cancellations
To avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment, we request that clients provide:

• a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment, and
• a 48-hour notice for spa packages.
*Spa Packages require a credit card to hold the reservation

Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa services .

Spa Information
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork if you are a first time client, or to get situated & ready for your experience.

Face Masters Day Spa.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented in order to receive your services, please give them to the receptionist prior to starting your services. Gift Certificates have a 6 month expiration date from the date of purchase. No exceptions.

Children & Cell Phones
In order to provide a tranquil atmosphere for our clients, please do not bring small children to the spa during your scheduled appointment as we are not able to care for them during your stay. Also, please turn off cell phones and pagers. We ask that you be considerate of other guests and speak softly while in the spa areas.
